A THIRD GENERATION OF EXCELLENCE

Today, Zera is still family-owned and dedicated to preserving and extending our founder’s ethics and values. Chris and Tim Zera have taken the mantle of ownership from their father, Alex Zera (who grew his father’s business into what Zera is today), and are dedicated to growing the firm’s legacy for a fourth generation.

Tim is the President of Zera, and Chris, Vice President, heads the Estimating Department. They pride themselves on their sense of teamwork and the familial esprit de corps that runs throughout Zera. In fact, many of Zera’s employees share their own familial ties, including some second- and third-generation workers. We’re proud of all of them and their many years of service. No one beats our pride of workmanship.
