Manny Alanis

Manny is Project Manager of Zera Construction and has 3 years of experience in concrete restoration.

Manny started out working part-time as Shop Supervisor while in school at Northern Illinois University.  Before graduating with a B.S. in Industrial Management, Manny was responsible for delivering equipment and materials to worksites and upkeep of the fleet.

As Project Manager and Estimator for Zera, Manny is responsible for bidding projects up to $500,000 and managing commercial and institutional projects, including plaza renovations and concrete restoration.
